As we are so close to the Brecon Beacons and there are miles of way marked foot paths ideal for dog walking. Llyn Brianne, Rhandrmwyn, Crychan forest or the Black Mountains are just a few areas to start you looking.
A short trip out sees you down by the south coast Gower Peninsular or on the west coast you will find the picturesque Ceredigion bays and coves. There are several different beaches that are dog friendly all year, for example Oxwich bay and Pendine Sands.
The Coach House garden has been extended out to 1/4 acre paddock. Enough to be able to play about and set up an agility course. There are jumps and tunnels in the garden for you to use. The garden can be accessed from the house or straight from the car and is all post, 4 rails and netting. From the grounds you can also access foot paths across to the common to the river Swadde.
Pen Arthur the closest forest offers a good long walk through fire roads with some great views of the valley and mountains around us.
Our own dogs enjoy dog agility, and we have a basic set of agility equipment that you are more than welcome to use for training (subject to health and safety).
We also have a hose pipe which we find very useful for washing any mucky four legged creatures! and a small movable plastic pond to cool overheated pups during the summer.
Wales has a vast and diverse landscape, this makes it the perfect place for long or short walks with your four legged friend.
